Wholesale Stock Order Form

Approved dealers may use this order form to submit wholesale stock orders. Please note that the cut off time for all orders is 12 noon CST. Orders must be received with complete payment information by 12 noon CST in order to meet the noon deadline. Orders received after 12 noon CST will be processed the following business day.

Current turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Small orders may be rushed for a $50 rush fee. Rush orders are processed in 3 business days. Please note that applying a rush to your order, does not apply to the shipping time.

There is a $50 minimum order requirement. Orders not meeting a minimum of $50 will be assessed a $5 under-minimum order processing fee.
